Hello, this is Welcome to Quizzo Kids, an online quiz site that is created to help students in Grade 1 to 12. Your participation in the Terms and Conditions of the app is implied by registering on or using Quizzo Kids to the extent that by accepting the Terms and Conditions you (the participant, you, parent/guardian) agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions. Sometimes you need parental, guardian or teacher permission: If you are under 18, you will have to play Quizzo Kids.

Eligibility

  1. Quizzo Kids can include students of Grade 1 through Grade 12.
  2. To create an account, minors require permission by a parent or a school.
  3. Users should enter correct registration details; misleading and fake accounts could be suspended or terminated.

Registration & Accounts

  1. Registration might need valid phone number or parent/teacher contact.
  2. Teachers or parents can help younger students to create accounts.
  3. It is the duty of the users to ensure that the login credentials are kept confidential.
  4. Quizzo Kids has the right to block or shut down an account that is misused or violates these conditions.

Competition Rules

  1. The quizzes are applied online through the Quizzo Kids platform.
  2. Every quiz is scheduled, formatted and scored differently.
  3. Anything that can be classified as unfair means e.g. multiple logins, AI assistance etc. is not allowed.
  4. The opinions about the scores or organizational disqualification are final.

Content & Intellectual Property

  1. Quizzo Kids owns all of its content, questions, designs, and other materials.
  2. No platform content is to be copied, shared, or reproduced by the user without written permission.
  3. The answers provided by users will be their own intellectual property, but they will give Quizzo Kids the right to analyze the anonymized results and use them in educational analytics.

Privacy & Data Protection

  1. Quizzo Kids cares about the privacy and is adherent to the principles of data protection.
  2. The collection of personal information is only done due to educational and administrative interests.
  3. No information is sold or shared publicly on the user.
  4. Parents/guardians can access or demand to delete the information of their child account through support.

Parental Consent

  1. Users who are below 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent to registration and participation.
  2. At any point, parents may add or remove the account of a child by calling the Quizzo Kids support.

Refunds

  1. According to Quizzo Kids Refund Policy, refunds are applicable to paid competitions or premium features only.
  2. No money back on user technical matters, withdrawals, or disqualifications.

Limitation of Liability

  1. Quizzo Kids does not ensure internet failure, malfunctioning of the devices, or software problems on the side of the user.
  2. The technical facilities that make data lose are not the liability of the Quizzo Kids.
  3. How to play the quiz; this is up to you and at your own risk.

Changes to the App or Terms

  1. Quizzo Kids is at liberty to upgrade or change features, competitions, or these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The app will be used to notify about changes or email the notification.
