Refund Policy

At Quizzo Kids, we aim at offering the most educational quiz to students of Grades 1-12. This Refund Policy is an explanation of the terms and conditions that can be used to get a refund of paid competitions, subscriptions, or premium features. This is a policy that should be read very carefully before any purchases.

Eligibility for Refunds

In large part to maintain fairness and transparency to all participants, refunds are only wanted in certain circumstances:

  1. Duplicate Payments: In case a participant pays twice or thrice the same event or subscription, a refund can be done in case it is confirmed.
  2. Quiz/Event Cancellation: In case Quizzo Kids has to cancel or completely delay a quiz event, the participants who sign up will be refunded in full.
  3. Technical Problems by Quizzo Kids: In the case when a participant is not able to take part because of the technical issues that have been proven to be on our platform side, we will take into consideration a refund request.

Refunds will not be provided in cases including but not limited to:

  1. Any failure to attend the quiz or full participation, even through internet or other device problems on the side of the user.
  2. Exclusion based on violation of rules, misbehavior or unfair means.
  3. Modification of mind, withdrawal or dissatisfaction post registration.
  4. Technical issues, caused by a device or internet connection of the participant.

How to Request a Refund

To obtain a refund, the qualified participants are expected to undertake the following steps:

  1. Quizzo Kids support within 2 days of the purchase or the event.
  2. Give your name, registration ID, payment receipt and a precise reason why you want a refund.
  3. Contact us through e-mail info@quizzokids.com or our webpage contact form.

Our support team will consider the refund request in 2 business days and accept or reject it. The refunds that are approved will be sent by the initial means of payment.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be made immediately once the approval is made, normally in 7 to 14 business days. This can have a different period of time, depending on the payment provider or bank.

Partial or No Refunds

  1. Quizzo Kids is at liberty to make partial refunds on some occasions when partial services or benefits have been delivered.
  2. We never offer back money on any of the free features or trial offers to the participants.
  3. Non-paid registrations and voluntary closure of accounts are non-refundable.

Changes to This Refund Policy

Quizzo Kids can revise this Refund Policy as a period to ensure that the policy reflects operational or legal developments. The information about the updates will be delivered to registered users through email or in-app notification and displayed on our site.
